Man carrying fake gun ends up in real jail

I remember 10 years ago walking threw town with a rifle over my shoulder to the local hardware store and no one bitched about it then.

I think the cops over reacted a little by taking him to headquarters. I would think cuffing him, tossing him in the cruiser for 30 min, taking the toy and giving him a warning would be more than enough.

Secret Agent costume ? Now what good is a secret agent he isn't secret anymore, wears a costume and stands out, the whole point of being a "secret agent" would be the "secret" part right.
