U.S. billionaires pledge fortunes to charity

More than 30 U.S. billionaires pledged Wednesday to give away at least 50% of their wealth to charity as part of a campaign by investor Warren Buffett and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

7.4% of American Billionaires. Someone's kids are so going to kill them over that pledge.

I doubt it. If you have billions and billions of dollars you can easily as a kid take a few hundred million of what is left and invest it to start making back silly amounts of money. Even with a few dozen million someone could easily amass a fortune with good investments and never have to work again.
