Judge releases Abdullah Khadr

Fucking unbelievable! This country's justice system and it's judges, civil liberties lawyers are a god damn joke!

Damn straight! To think a Canadian Citizen could be detained in Pakistan and probably tortured for a year then deported to Canada and we say nothing. And to think then, that we detain him for years on end, because the US asks us to - probably based on the information received from said alleged torture!

I'm glad a judge finally came to see some sense. Now perhaps someone will not take shortcuts with people's liberties because they 'suspect' something and get some real evidence, if any exists.

So a known associate of Al-Qaeda, and purchased weapons for the group. This kind of behavior seems to be a family tradition, his father and his brother who killed an american soldier... why is this family still in this country?

Next he'll show up as the liberal candidate for the beaches in Toronto!

Given this verdict it's no wonder that alot of Canadians don't want Abdullah's little brother repatriated.

Our judicial system is royally pooched and getting worse.

What a travesty of justice.. this family are total enemies of Canada and should be deported asap!
