This kid is either the spawn of satan or needs psychiatric help immediately if we aren't going to be talking about him in the same breath as Clifford Olsen or Karla Holmoka.

This kid was born this way. He's a sociopath, and he's in training to be a murderer. If he's not dealt with ASAP he's going to graduate to humans. The only thing that can be done is lock him up for the rest of his unnatural life, to keep others safe from him.

This kid needs some serious in-patient mental help or he will be graduating to doing this one people very shortly.

I usually don't like to make off colour jokes about small towns and married cousins and their offspring...but...
It's so hard to resist.
Nothing will happen until the kid murders someone and then something close to nothing will be done.
Something will be done. The press will have all kinds of fun reporting everybody pointing fingers at everybody else and some jack ass will say it was never properly documented and the kid will be sent to jail/mental hospital for a short period of time.
He may end up being a real live Jason from Friday the 13th.
