B.C. permanently halts sexual arousal testing

B.C.'s minister of children and family development has ordered a permanent end to a controversial sex testing program for young offenders after learning one of its government technicians was recently charged with sexual assault.

B.C. Children's Representative Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond is investigating the 25-year-old program to see if any of the participants were traumatized.

This has been going on for 25 years???

Yup, and they only now find out it's involved minors for the whole time.

Isn't it a crime to show porn to underage children? So why aren't these vermin being prosecuted for child abuse under the colour of authority? Hmmm?

Can't charge them for being government pedophiles. Thats why it's in the best interest of pedophiles to become government pedophiles.

Like that guy that watches porn in a small locked windowless room all day for 14$ an hour to see if it's really child pornography or not.

Of course they go on about what an awful job it is, but uh... Ya I don't believe them.

The penile plethysmography tests, or "phallometry," require boys as young as 13 in sex offence treatment programs to view pictures of nude and semi-clad children and listen to audio descriptions of forced sexual scenarios while their arousal levels are measured.

So did they get... Lower or higher rates of arousal in the abused children then in the control group of unabused children?

And no one thought this program had the potential for abuse? No one? Methinks a cover up is going on here.
