China to reduce number of capital crimes: media

China will reduce the number of crimes subject to the death penalty from the current 68 in the latest step to cut back on the use of capital punishment, state media said Saturday.

    No I think is is closer to we will slaughter anybody remotely inclined to commit Capital Crimes, so that afterwords they will be no one alive commit Capital Crimes, remember we still worship chairman Mao and Joseph Stalin.

    Bart will be sorely disappointed. I guess it won't be long before China surpasses the US on the civility front too.
