Looks like giving him a new identity didn't work.
I agree with giving him a new identity - a 10 yr old should be given a chance to straighten out and fly right. But since he's on parole for life, they should also keep close watch on him and haul him in whenever necessary - as seems to have happened here.

A 10 year old who murders a toddler in cold blood doesn't deserve anything.
He has to earn that. He didnt deserve a new identity, he just got one. He didnt have to prove anything. He was released on his 18th b-day, 8 years after he brutally sodomized and murdered a 2 year old.
Don't tell me this asshole deserves anything.
