The only Sanctions the DPRK understand involve the us of Stealth Submarine and B-52s as China is still forking over money to it's "little brother".

We've given them humanitarian stuff that immediately gets sold at get gets puts in the Pygmy's bank account. The words of diplomacy is something he really doesn't follow to well. What would impress the midget is a few cruise missiles and and a few 500pound bombs at what's life of his economy.
