Woman allegedly mocked during airport strip search

Ok I know a lot of people here travel so show of hands (don't worry you're not using your real name lol) how many have been strip searched at hte ariport? Ok, how many have been twice? Ok, three times?

Personally I stopped counting how many times I've flown domestic and all over hte world, alone, wiht wife, with kids, alone with kids, with friends etc, and not once, not once was I stripped searched and she has been twice before? And now a thrid time? Strange, somethings missing here.

Strip searched once in Tel Aviv. I do have to agree with part of what she said, it's definitely not a pleasant experience.

But I also find it curious as to why she has been strip searched so many times.

Canadian Customs are NOT friendly to non-Canadians, nor nice. I understand they have a job to do, but being rude is NOT in their job-description, and if it is, they should cancel that stat.

Too often upon returning from travels I have been treated like shit by Canadian Customs officials, be it at the US border or returning from overseas. I think a big part of the job requirements is tyo suffer from "Little Man syndrome" and to possess twice the normal amount of assholism. Compared to American or European customs officials, our are ignorant asses.

I do believe it is policy to record the search, but not to post it on the internet!

I've never been stripped search, nor has anyone in my family been strip searched, and my family travels, oh, dozens of times a year -- we live all over the place, and a few have to travel for business. In fact, I don't know anyone who actually has been stripped searched, and I live in a city with quite a few well-to-do people who can fly pretty often should they feel like it.

We've noticed that if you are belligerent, you tend to get pulled over more. I bet there was a lot more that happened at the pay phone than simple belligerence, especially if they brought a dog over. I have to ask how loudly she was crying, if it sounded like she was crying purely, or what exactly those female officers were looking for, but since I don't know much about the system there I'd personally decline to comment my own views. I have a feeling that Flynn is being less than honest about the whole state of affairs. It could be that they did go over the top, but without the officer's side of the story you can't draw conclusions -- at the moment, it's more or less a one-sided argument.

I would love to see more transparency, since there is indeed a lack of it, although it's been made all the worse recently with the way security is often contracted out (or so I understand up here). I wonder if this lady is going to try to contact the CITT to see if they get involved. I've also had my run ins with assholes at security, but most of the time customs officers and others, no matter what country I am in, have been courteous with me.

Man I could go on about this profile but it really speaks for herself. I'm shocked she does not admit to using drugs in it because I'll bet on all that is sacred she has a drug conviction, hence the strip searches at airports.
