A Winnipeg hospital is dealing with an emergency of a different kind following a large-scale theft that went undetected for several years.

    People convicted of fraud like this should spend the rest of thier lives in jail until every dime is recovered. All assests should be ceased and sold off, families should be investigated and items bought by the crimanal also ceased and sold.
