The overall rate in Canada went down by a percent, but the rates of violent crime rose by 15 % in Winnipeg and an overall 10 %, in Manitoba. Saskatchewan's two major cities follow very closely behind Winnipeg.

A friend in Brandon was telling me about the growth of native gang bangers(IP and NS..these fucks even have a facebook site) in Brandon, oozing in from Sioux Valley, and sure enough as I was reading the local news, I saw there were gang related shootings in Brandon yesterday.
