The New Democratic defence critic says a cut to naval reserve training will have serious repercussions for how well Canada can patrol its own coastlines.

Okay, now I KNOW I live in an alternate universe. In this universe, the NDP seem to be making sense and proposing we don't cut the military budget.

You can't actually believe that can you? NDP caring for the miltiary? HAHAHAHA They want to get publicity votes.

They are populists. They will always talk it up and regional military spending the NDP will always support but god help us if we need big ticket items. They want the US to defend us. Cut the guns for butter.
