One of Canada's best-known astronauts is getting ready to hang up her space suit after a milestone-studded career that featured two memorable trips to space.

Well NASA's manned space program is heading to the boneyard, and we are too cheap to fund our own space program.

Not much point of a Canadian corps of Astronauts.
