The hottest place to own property in Canada these days is in Chatham-Kent, Ont. at least if you're playing Monopoly.

    The selection of which cities made it and which didn't were based on a popularity contest and had no basis in reality. Not that the game of Monopoly has any basis in reality anyway.

    I've been to Saint Jean many times and I would NEVER want to own any property there. They really could have picked better places.

    So the City of Kawartha Lakes gets a place on Monopoly? Or, to those of us natives of Kirkfield, Bobcaygeon, Kinmount, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Norland, Cameron and Coboconk: the City of Kawartha Mistakes. This place isn't even a PLACE, but an unholy poltical amalgamation at the scissor-hands of Mike Harris.
