The government of Canada should ensure all Canadians have access to “basic and essential digital services” such as broadband Internet, a Senate committee has concluded.

    Not only is internet a basic service, now basic is broadband. :D

    Yes smile. Now when they hand billions to the main carriers we can have further boondoggles like when they blew $58 million here to deliver circuits capped at 250Gigs + $5 GB over for entire reserves of 800 ppl...
    How do you deliver services in an unregulated field without using public money to enhance the telcos profits? That's the question....
