AECL wants Chalk River reactor operating by end of July

It's good to see that the reactor is going to be back on it's feet, I'm still irked that it's been off for over a year now -- the dependence of the international community on this single facility was startling when I first read it and seeing the stats on decreases on tests done probably most strongly shows the kind of commotion not having Chalk River running has caused.
