This is so ridiculous. They're trying to fix a "mechanical" problem that doesn't exist. There's a difference between dysfunction and desire. Dysfunction may be repaired. Desire - not so much. It's either there or it's not.
Desire fixes require a mind altering drug or one that manages to trick the woman into thinking she is sexually stimulated. The former is dangerous as it may cause addictions, the latter already exists in the form of creams I believe.
Someone just needed a make work project.
