KANDAHAR, Afghanistan - A suicide bombing that killed at least 40 people attending a wedding in southern Afghanistan is an example of the callous disdain the Taliban holds for human life, Canada's foreign affairs minister said Thursday.

    I would encourage the Taliban to blow themselves up, but not around decient people.
