    Didn't the USSR say some of their rockets exploded but they really did get the spy satelites into space. Thus tricking the USA into thinking the launch was a failure? Just saying

    Yes it is but it could be a way to get a military satellite into space without increasing tensions with North Korea. I'm not saying they did but first thing I always think of when I hear about failed satellite launches in that old cold war trick.
