The one key difference between the Victoria class and the Israeli boats is theirs actually sail!!!
Subs are extremely difficult to maintain the US has had issues and most recently so have the Brits.

This could get ugly in a hurry. If the Iranian leaders latest comments are accurate where he claims they have enough enriched uranium for two warheads, the Israeli's might be thinking of a preemptive first strike as an option.

That "preemptive strike" wouldn't be nuclear.
I don't think many (if any) countries would be coming to their aid.
I never said they would, I think it would be reasonable to assume any preemptive strike would be conventional.
