Halifax Mayor Peter Kelly says he has talked to police and apologized for trying to board a flight to Toronto with a bullet in a bag he was carrying.

At least he didn't make a scene at the airport like some other politicians (and Government Minister) did.

Good point, he didn't get ticked off or make some kind of
stupid excuse. I essentially said I am a normal person who did something stupid. I wish more of our politicans were like that.
