You should do some research on the origins of Apple corp.Both Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak were members of the counter culture in the 1970's.Both were considered outcasts in high school.Both dropped out of college.While in college they constucted phone phreaking devises to rip off the phone company.It is reported that they used these devices to call the pope pretending to be Henry Kissenger.Steve Jobs has admitted to pot and Lsd use.Being from California,they were polar oposites from Wall Street.It was this concentration on creativity,and relaxed working atmosphere{concentrating on creating first,profits later]that helped move Apple to the forefront.Young creative people who wanted to change the world were attacted to work for Apple.Apple has consistently delivered products that people want to use,and are always on the cutting edge of tech.
