60 year old Pam Robson was hauled into court in the UK on a poo-picking offense. She fought the ticket, and won.

    It must be a pretty shitty place to live, getting crapped on like that for a simple mistake, it looks like the council finally found out THEIR shit stinks too. :)

    After she cleared up she was approached by two men, one wearing a city council jerkin.

    She said: "He said it was the wrong mess and that he was going to issue me with a fine for £50.

    "I picked up the other mess too and put it in the bag but he said I'd still be fined."


    Sounds like the bylaw officer is dumber than dog shit.
