A serious disease is affecting opium poppies in Afghanistan, Antonio Maria Costa, the head of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has said.

    I'm offended that Afghan farmers would accuse use westerners of tampering with the opium crops...

    lol, nah, it was a good chance we where behind it.
