Marine mammal lovers in Metro Vancouver had yet another treat Thursday, when more than 150 Pacific white-sided dolphins frolicked in the waters near Horseshoe Bay.
This is awesome. I think it's a good sign when not only whales but now the dolphins too are coming right into the city's harbours. I'm going to make sure I have my camera with me when I go to work in case there is any activity there. Will be sure to share if I capture anything.
We use to see them and porpoises surfing the bow wave while we were at sea.
Them and whales are so much more common now than when I was an OD. A week and a half ago, we had a grey swimming near FDU!
*sigh* only place I ever saw dolphins was at The Silverdome
Saw those same Dolphins a while ago at Joe Robbie Stadium... no wait! Pro-Player or whatever the fuck its current name, Stadium.
