LETHBRIDGE, Alta. — An 18-year-old southern Alberta man has been charged with a weapons-related offence and three counts of uttering threats after he allegedly confronted three girls in a school yard armed with a machete, police said Saturday.
Girl is in a fight with 3 others, big brother sees it, gets his weapon and threatens everybody to stay away from his little sister. Girls are not impressed and call the cops on him.
Lots of people. Outdoors men, Bush men, British explorers, Indiana Jones, muggers, deranged homeless people and guys who need to threaten small groups of school girls.
Perfectly logical.

According to the article, he was not waving it toward the girls. He had a machete in its "case". That's it.
My question would be more: what was his problem to argue with little girls ? AND, most importantly, What the hell a 10yo girl was doing with a cell phone ?????? I do not understand how parents can buy a cell phone to a 10yo girl. There's a problem here.
Soo... I wonder what happened?

Wow. "Possession of a weapon". A possess a lot of weapons and I always have my hunting knife in my backpack. That's totally stupid.

He has jogging pants... very strange. I don't trust him.

And with those shoes, he doesn't appear to be going jogging. Very suspicious indeed.
