General Motors has fully repaid its debt under the Troubled Asset Relief Programme, the Department of the Treasury today announced.

Now get the government out of the other part.
FWIW I saw the Commercial fleet stats the other day. Chevy Impala is the top fleet vehicle by almost double the next two combined.
(Of course it's not a Impala. Impala's have three tail lights per side with the Biscayne/Bel Airs having two per. )
