N. Korean leader Kim Jong Il may visit China

SEOUL, South Korea — North Korean leader Kim Jong Il could visit China later this month, a lawmaker from South Korea's ruling party said Tuesday, amid speculation the trip could help revive stalled talks aimed at ending Pyongyang's nuclear programs.
