Dog dumped on highway struck by car

WINNIPEG - A rural animal control officer says she's shocked at the treatment of a neglected elderly dog who was dumped on a highway north of Winnipeg Tuesday and struck by another car.

Yea... nice way to rid yourself of your ailing dog, dump it on a highway. I hope they find the so-called owner so that they can be charged for this horrible neglect.

We get a lot of that at the shore community where assholes adopt a dog for the holiday and toss them out when they go home. I want to beat the shit out of these people.
