The government is expected to announce Thursday that Canada will harmonize its auto emissions standards with the United States, in a deal worked out with the Obama administration, CTV News has learned.

    I think all auto standards between Canada and the USA should be harmonized.

    Yup. As long as the US has the higher standard on Emissions, it seems a No Brainer to harmonize.
