A young man is hoping to avoid a criminal record after admitting Thursday he beat a husky puppy to death 21/2 years ago.

Maybe he needs to be beaten over the head with a bat. If it was my dog he would be getting a quick ambulance ride that night.

Post his name and pic everywhere. More effective than a little time in jail, and we don't seem to be willing to give animal killers any serious consequences.
