Actually this came up a few years ago in Ontario. A health care advocate (male) stated that providing sexual services to disabled people (who were unable to masturbate) be considered a part of their health care duties. THe nurses collectively told him to go f*ck himself and a union rep said that if he wanted to provide said services he was welcome to do so but that nurses wouldn't.

This goes way beyond the care expected from nurses.

Funny thing... Disabled people can call a prostitute and healthinsurance will pay for it. It's not a nurses job, it's a prostitutes job.

Yes. If you are unable to sexually satisfy yourself and you don't have a partner, you can get a prostitute to do it for you. Limited of course (once a month or something), but they will pay.
Of course they need proof you cannot do it yourself.
