Canada has ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on the eve of the Paralympic Games in Vancouver

The UN Actually doing something positive. Take a picture it doesn't happen very often as far as Canada ratifying this that (as opposed to the UN in general) is expected. Canada's reputation is entirely different from the UN.
