The B.C. SPCA says it is recommending animal cruelty charges against the owner of a dog that was dropped off at a Maple Ridge shelter looking like a "walking skeleton" last month.

    Better yet, publicize the name of the owner. We had some numbnuts on the island shoot a dog, and his name was publicized. He got a lot of very unwelcome attention from that, including, if I remember right, losing his gf.

    Amazing. Public shame can be pretty tough. I'm sure his name is coming shortly after they formally press charges.

    Recommending? How about demanding. It is unconscionable what some people are capable of, this "owner" needs to be dealth with and harshly so.

    I don't even really like dogs( I have my reasons) but this is just disgusting. The look in that poor dog's eyes is haunting. HOw people can do that to a pet that gives nothing but unconditional love is beyond me.
    There are some days that I really hate people, and this jack-off ain't helping my 'tude. :cry:

    I know it is sad huh, says alot about man kind. There's only a handful of dots in my circle of trust, mostly close family members.

    It is a great film. I thought people lke him only existed in the movies, he must have scared you if he was like that character. The second one was pretty good too.
