The RCMP says it has cracked the case of how 19 Greenpeace protesters were able to climb onto the roofs of the Parliament buildings in December and unfurl banners calling for action on climate change.

ONLY TWO Mounties working the hill that day? Show of hands for those in Ottawa. Who has ever seen ONLY TWO mounties on the Hill outside? I must never get around at the right time.
