OTTAWA - The Royal Canadian Mint spent nearly $1.4 million to investigate missing gold worth $20 million that turned out to be not missing after all.

Executives are given bonus's...but cannot account for where this missing gold may have been! Seems to me that these executives have no idea on how a mint is run or what the accountant or inventories are for. And their paid the big bucks for what?
