Change the laws. This should be first degree murder. Kill someone durning the commission of a crime should have max penalty.

Steve Tuck, 48, was driving home from work when he was struck and killed Aug. 25, 2009.

Seems like the wrong person died in that accident. Hopefully the piece of shit mouths off to the wrong person in juvi and gets what's coming.

Wouldn't bet on it, they're all too busy laughing.

A psychiatric report showed the teen has had ongoing problems with accessing child porn on the Internet, stealing and having outbursts of anger; and that he has limited ability to feel empathy for others.

This is not going to end well. I mean end even worse than it has so far. He's going to damage some more lives before he's through, since they don't seem willing to take him in hand now.
