British Columbia, Washington, Oregon and California have signed two agreements aimed at boosting the West Coast economy and protecting the environment.

    Boost the west coast economy? Maybe the US portion of it. More like "You give us your power, gas and water, we'll use it all, won't pay for it, and you'll screw your own people to make up the difference, okay?"

    I like the promise of the accord and of the potential rail travel (never did enjoy flying) but I'm always suspecting in anything Gordon Campbell is involved in. Is it because his buddies serve on chairs to various B.C. power companies?
