Feds didn't know deported hijacker would be jailed

And we're supposed to feel bad about that??? Maybe India thought our justice system was too soft in it's punishment, which it usually is anyway.
And quite frankly, THAT is where he should have been doing his prison time in the first place instead of wasting OUR taxpayer money to feed, house and clothe that POS!

What do we care what the Indians do with him? He's lost his right to live in Canada. What a fucked up country we live in, where the lawyer could even make that argument, and the feds think they have to make an excuse by saying "we didn't know."

I bet you we wind up taking him back and paying him millions of dollars in restitution.
