Harper salutes B.C.'s 'golden moment'

Stephen Harper became Canada's first prime minister to address the B.C. legislature in Victoria Thursday afternoon, and as expected, his was an apolitical salute to Vancouver, Whistler and B.C. for putting on the Winter Olympics.
