A U.S. soldier has been charged with "waterboarding" his four-year-old daughter because she could not recite her ABCs, police in the western state of Washington said Monday.
This guy is an incredible asswipe, but to say the military gave him these skills is a little overboard, even for you guys.
So unless you can prove Tabor was an interrogator for the US Army, equating his irrational actions to being a soldier is like equating Allan Schoenborn murdering his three children, to his being a civilian. There's no correlation.
