I would say that still is the defacto world view of Canada.
And I am sure this is still the way they are seen, right!
You Canadians are so lucky! The country I was born in is known for drugs, hookers and wind mills... Here we have all the natural beauty to be proud of, most people are open and relaxed: what more do you want? Stop being insecure and be proud of Canada.
