CALGARY- The lawyer representing alleged gang member Jackie Tran says a decision by the Federal Court of Canada issued today clears the way for his client’s deportation from Canada.

    Hmmm he was the sole supporter for his family? Sounds to me like the rest of his family should be going as well for being beneficiaries of gang/organized crime.
