CALGARY -- Police have charged the stepfather of 17-year-old Brittney Nora McInnes with her murder.

    ...oh and Canada has no death penalty for this kind of murdering scum.

    I would love to see the death penalty brought back, especially in this case.

    One of the people you should be able to trust most... I cant imagine what she went through. Poor girl. RIP

    Charged with First degree murder too...... and that's not only used when the murder was pre-meditated. Also, used when another crime such as rape occured.....
