EDMONTON -- Despite continuing a pattern of dangerous driving, a woman whose actions behind the wheel resulted in the death of her friend will not be incarcerated.

Sure.. any bets till she gets behind the wheel and causes another accident ?

Someone should plead to Premier Ed Stelmach to intervene and push for new laws...

Let me guess, they did not want the poor girl to end up in jail at such a young age and ruin her life subjected to the likes of people who spit in the face of laws and kill others by their actions?
