Canadian soldiers came to the rescue of a group of stranded B.C. teenagers and their chaperones Sunday, retrieving them from a remote town outside Port-au-Prince and bringing them back to the relative safety of the Canadian Embassy in the Haitian capital.

    Since it is 'us' who are 'paying their way' home, should'nt their ticket refunds go to 'us'?

    I wanna slap the parents for getting mad at the government. Despite what some people seem to think the Canadian government is not all powerful and can't just roll up and pick someone up anywhere in the world and then take them home at a moments notice.
