    Go Petes Go!

Very surprising from a kid that I figured was sure-fire NHLer based on his play with the Petes. And it's not like he should need any money...his brother is a multi-millionaire.

Ryder's lawyer told the court she was "concerned about his mental health," and that she was not sure if Ryder understood the charges against him.

He has been ordered to undergo a seven-day psychiatric assessment at a local hospital and is due back in court next week.

I'm sure the results of that will likely explain a lot.

    Sure is sad though.

Interesting we don't see the same moral outrage that we saw for the Gilbert Arenas thing.
