A one way ticket? Seriously, that alone would raise a few alarms. Did you not hear about some situation over Detroit around Christmas?

Not smart to book a one way ticket. Return is often cheaper anyway...
I don't know if she is a citizen, but I have to fill out a visa waiver, valid for 3 months. If I overstay, I am an illegal alien in the US.

This happens to non-muslims all the time - if you don't have a return ticket they are going to be suspicious. Had a friend who was about to be refused entry because of one way ticket (was planning to drive back) until he told the border goon "you know the US is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there." Then they let him in. So Ms Burka should suck it up.

Yet you took the time to quote him and write a comment about his worthiness.

If you are any different than white, it is an issue, and of course, it "never happens to white people or non-muslims"

When I immigrated WITH tthe proper paperwork, I was advised to book a return ticket and just not get on the flight back. Immigrations never sees your ticket, and customs in the country you leave is not making a drama.
