Step 2 is a chartered accountant to help you handle your finances, unless you know how to handle large sums yourself. Too many people, especially in the states blow all their winnings within a few years and end up worse off than they were before winning. I do hope this guy is just on a beach somewhere laying low and enjoying the rich life, but I have to admit it looks likely that he is dead.
