    Flowing? A one quarter decrease of 2500.
    "Alberta posted a net loss in inter-provincial migration of 2,535 people. Alberta saw 20,790 move to the province from other parts of Canada but saw another 23,325 people leave."

    The 2,500 people who left were probably just retirees who got in their RV's and went to Florida for the winter. Don't worry, come the spring, they'll be back!

    Perhaps the 2500 include some of those opportunists who can't handle a real winter. :idea:
